Submersible Winding Wire

We have been manufacturing high quality poly submersible winding wire under the brand name "RG Wires" since last 18 years. Poly Insulated Winding Wire submersible pump motor winding wires are specially insulated with polyester and polypropylene to ensure their full capability to withstand extremely high temperature and mechanical abrasion. Pure copper CC rod is used to draw the copper conductor for our winding wires. This is to ensure best conductivity as per the required standards. Flexible submersible winding wire is also made available to suit the specific needs of the clients. We are considered to be among the best submersible wire manufacturer and supplier in India.

In the recent past there has been demand from the industry to make comprehensive revision of the existing standards on winding wires for submersible motors and also to include other type of insulation which are being extensively used in manufacturing of winding wires for submersible motors. In view of this the series of winding wire standards for submersible motor is being brought out.

Specifications

As triple covered polywrapped wire is developed in India hence there are no international standards available as per our information. We are talking is specification [ IS : 8783 (Part-4/Sec-3) 1995] only as our guideline but we perform all the test under more stringent conditions to suit the customer demand.
